  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • The store is not responsible for purchases if the customer enters incorrect information.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support at support@iphinn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service to return the item. We are not responsible for lost packages.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@iphinn.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
